My role at Restoration Hardware was to bridge design, technology, and business teams by leading the user experience creative technology team and driving the e-commerce technology strategy.

I transformed the e-commerce team into an agile UX design-centric organization by recruiting and hiring a fresh team of UX professionals, rebuilding the creative technology process, and continually improving our work patterns to accelerate our design and launch response time to rapid business changes.
